Basic Qualifications:
任职要求:
 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. Degree in computer science, English or small languages, Foreign trade business or equivalent experience is preferred.

 Understanding of Internet navigation, Amazon, and competitor websites.
对互联网行业,亚马逊及其竞争网站有一定的了解。
 1-3 years or more experience in a customer service or technical support role working. Accept shifting work arrangement.
一至三年客服工作经验或相关技术支持经验优先。可以接受轮休工作
 Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and working knowledge of MS Office applications – With emphasis on MS Excel.
